These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Covozi, including Covozi websites, creator Hubs, landing pages, tools, integrations, and related services.
By creating an account or using Covozi, you agree to these Terms.
Covozi provides tools for creators, fans, advertisers, and other users to build and participate in creator-led online experiences.
Covozi is operated as Covozi, Tamil Nadu, India.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of your account credentials, and for activity performed through your account.
You must not use another person’s account without authorization or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of Covozi.
We may suspend or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect Covozi, other users, connected services, or comply with applicable law.
Creators are responsible for the content, offers, landing pages, forms, communications, products, services, and other experiences they create or make available through Covozi.
Creators are responsible for ensuring that their use of Covozi complies with applicable laws, including requirements relating to advertising, consumer protection, privacy, email marketing, intellectual property, and consent.
Where creators collect personal information from fans or other users, creators are responsible for providing appropriate notices and obtaining any consent required for their intended use.
Creators may connect their own Kit account to Covozi.
When authorized by the creator, Covozi may transmit subscriber information and related signup data collected through Covozi experiences to the creator’s Kit account.
Depending on the creator’s configuration, Covozi may interact with supported Kit features such as Forms, tags, sequences, custom fields, or subscriber records.
Kit remains responsible for its own email platform, delivery systems, automations, subscriber management, availability, policies, and services.
Creators remain responsible for the email communications they send and for ensuring that recipients have provided any consent required by applicable law.
Covozi may integrate with third-party services including Kit, Instagram, YouTube, social connection providers, hosting services, and other technology platforms.
When you connect a third-party service, you authorize Covozi to exchange information with that provider as necessary to provide the requested integration.
Your use of a third-party service is also governed by that provider’s terms and policies.
Covozi does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee that any particular integration will remain available, unchanged, or uninterrupted.
Creators may authorize Covozi to connect supported social accounts.
Some social connections are facilitated through Covozi’s secure connection provider. During authorization, the underlying provider may display the name “Social Media Connector.”
You remain responsible for the accounts you connect and the permissions you grant.
You may disconnect supported integrations through Covozi where that functionality is provided.
You retain ownership of content you submit to Covozi.
You grant Covozi a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, display, transmit, and otherwise use your content only as reasonably necessary to operate Covozi and provide the features you request.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to use and provide the content you submit.
You must not upload or distribute content that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, contains malicious software, or is intended to abuse or disrupt Covozi or other services.
Covozi, its software, branding, interfaces, designs, documentation, and other materials provided by Covozi are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, Covozi retains all rights in its technology and materials.
You must not use Covozi to:
We may improve, modify, add, remove, or discontinue Covozi features as the service develops.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Third-party integrations may change or stop functioning because of actions taken by the relevant provider.
Some Covozi features may be free while others may require payment now or in the future.
If a paid service is introduced or purchased, applicable pricing and payment terms will be disclosed before purchase.
Third-party providers may separately charge for their services. For example, availability of a Covozi integration within another platform may depend on that provider’s own account or subscription requirements.
You may stop using Covozi at any time.
Where available, you may disconnect third-party integrations or request account deletion.
Covozi may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, violations of these Terms, legal compliance, or protection of other users or services.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Covozi is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee specific business results, subscriber growth, revenue, social reach, advertising outcomes, email deliverability, or performance of third-party platforms.
Creators and other users remain responsible for decisions they make using Covozi.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Covozi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or anticipated savings arising from use of Covozi.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms as Covozi evolves or legal, operational, or service requirements change.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
Continued use of Covozi after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights that apply under applicable law.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Tamil Nadu, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
